Molestation

On Sunday 9 June 2010, at 10.30 hours, Mrs. Barbara Green 53 was in a social event with her 7-year-old adopted daughter held in Community Hall at Venus Street number 11811• The main topic of the meeting was how to protect the children from adults molesting. At about 11.00 hours, Mrs. Green met her coworker Mr. George 48 years old. Mrs. Green was a volunteer worker with a social organization called "Save the Child". At about 11.30 hours, she noticed that Elena her adopted daughter wasn't around. While Mrs. Green was looking for the girl, she was informed by Mrs. Lilly, 50, that she observed the girl with a youth proceeding to behind the hall 15 minutes before.

Mrs. Green rushed to behind the hall and heard light snarl and whispering upstairs. She went upstairs and saw a youth squeezing the girl against wall on the stairs and touching her. Spontaneously, the lady jumped over the youth and bit him deeply from his left forearm. It was so painful. The young guy pushed Mrs. Green strongly and she dropped downstairs unconsciously. Due to falling, the lady's tight leg was broken, and she got wounded severely in her right hand. The youth fled as he would be caught red handed. He ran away with his right arm bleeding due to the strong biting. Elena started screaming asking for help. At about 11.45 hours, Mr. George ended his speech and heard screaming and responded immediately to the screaming. Arriving at behind the hall, he found Mrs. Green lying unconscious on the ground and the young girl was tom crying. He tried to help her to restore her consciousness. Mr. George called the hall responsible asking for a domestic medical supply and called for an ambulance.

At about 12.00 hours, the main gate security guard noticed a young guy very confused passing across the gate, who was also holding his left forearm and there were some blood stains around, so he stopped the youth. On the other hand, Mr. George was trying to alleviate (ease) Mrs. Green pain until the hall doctor attended. The doctor provided Mrs. Green first aids and stitched her wound three stitches.

Elena stated that the youth was tall and slim, black-haired, white face with blue eyes wearing red t-shirt, blue jeans, and white sport shoes. The ambulance attended to the scene and took Mrs. Green to the hospital. Elena further said that she was standing alone while her mother was busy talking to the guests. A youth approached her saying that he was a son of one of her mother's colleagues. The youth offered her an accompany until the end of the event. At about 11.15 hours, they headed towards behind the hall as he invited her to a drink. While they were getting upstairs, the young guy stopped her gently against the wall and started touching her sensitively. After a while, her mom came and jumped over the young guy biting him from his left forearm. The guy pushed her then she dropped downstairs broken and wounded. The young guy introduced himself as Jack George 18 years old. Mr. George got shocked because it was his son. On the main gate, seeing Mr. George and Elena the young guy collapsed crying to forgive him. At 12.30 hours, the patrol team "Tango" arrived at the scene. Both Elena and Jack were taken to police station number five for further investigations.
